My trainer used to have me climb each climb twice. Once to get it in the first place, the second time to make sure it wasn't a fluke. It builds up the arms really really fast.

I also have lots of other weight training/climbing techniques specifically climbing-directed for building arm/back/ab strength, if you're interested.

i offered to take pictures of him on the wall but it would mean i wasn't belaying him. not sure why he turned me down.
i can imagine how exhausting that must be.
