Via NYT: Saying it had the right to block “controversial or unsavory” text messages, Verizon Wireless last week rejected a request from Naral Pro-Choice America, the abortion rights group, to make Verizon’s mobile network available for a text-message program.
I heard this first this morning on the BBC. No mention of it on CNN or other sites until later today. This video doesn't show much, but it is pretty painful to listen to.
