This guy is amazing:
Just finished my first century of the year. Rode up to the Marshall Wall and back. Handy measurement: The top of the Wall is exactly halfway. Need to practice though, this 8 hours and change thing has to stop.
Distance: 103.9 mi (167.21 km)
Time on bike: 7:55
Total time: 8:35
Rode the Paradise/Tiburon loop door-to-door in 3:05, just a hair over 48 miles. Bridge-to-bridge portion was 2 hours, and averaged 18mph on Paradise drive.
Didn't fare so well at the climbing gym though, my arms were so burnt I couldn't even finish a 5.8.
Missed an alleycat today, bummer.
